Pursuant to the ¡°First Expert Group Meeting on the Feasibility Study for Radiometric Calibration of Satellite Sensors Project¡±, where the Feasibility Study Report of the project has been updated by the lead country, Turkey, based on the inputs and comments from the experts from Member States, and with support from China, APSCO Secretariat is planning to organize the ¡°Second Expert Group Meeting on the Feasibility Study for Radiometric Calibration of Satellite Sensors Project¡± during July 7-9, 2015 in Dunhuang, China.
In this regards, APSCO Secretariat is inviting experts from all Member States to participate in this meeting. Thus, all Member States are requested to send nomination of their experts for the meeting together with their contact information to the APSCO Secretariat NO LATER THAN 15th JUNE, 2015 so that APSCO Secretariat prepares related invitation documents and organizing accommodations. Detailed Framework Documents and the Tentative Agenda will be sent directly to the nominated experts. (Registration Form is attached herewith).
APSCO will be pleased to provide local transportation and hospitality to all representatives participating in the meeting. Participating representatives may make their own travel plans for arriving at the venue for meeting. However, APSCO Secretariat will only be able to reimburse most direct economy class international travelling expense and provide hotel accommodation (maximally FOUR nights) to only one representative from each Member States for the meeting.
